Experience the flavors of Northern Italy with Piemonte To Go, a special two-day lunch pop-up hosted inside Buon’Italia at Chelsea Market. On June 27th and 28th, from 12:00–3:00 PM, enjoy traditional Piemonte cuisine prepared fresh by Chef Elisabetta Balzola of Cucina Lab Torino, one of Metro Detroit’s most acclaimed Italian kitchens.

This casual counter-service event brings authentic Italian street food to the heart of New York City. Guests can enjoy regional specialties made with premium ingredients sourced directly from Italy and from Buon’Italia’s shelves. It’s the perfect lunch stop for food lovers exploring Chelsea Market.

Potato Gnocchi with Wild Boar Ragu – Gnocchi served with a rich, slow-cooked wild boar sauce, a classic dish from the Piemonte region.
Nodi Marini Pasta with Lemon Pesto – A bright, refreshing pasta with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and Pecorino.
Classic Gnocco Fritto – Fried pizza dough topped with Italian Prosciutto and Stracciatella cheese.
