Join us for a live wine class on all things Rosé
About:
This special warm weather class welcomes the new fleet of rosé wines as the temperatures begin to soar and the humidity climbs. The new rosé releases each spring are one of the hottest things to happen in the wine industry, and sommeliers anticipate the newest vintages to add to their lists and cellars for the perfect NYC park picnics. You’ll learn the different techniques used to craft rosé wines (more color doesn't mean sweeter), the effect of climate and grape variety on the finished wine, the history of drinking pink (one of the oldest wine styles!), and more. We'll cover the different ways rosé is produced, our latest favorites & perfect pink pairings.
