Pearl River Mart Foods comes from the owners of the iconic Asian emporium, Pearl River Mart. It features an ever-changing collection of classic and new food items from all over Asia and by emerging Asian American chefs and brands as well as handpicked staple and specialty grocery items from local businesses like Nom Wah, 886, Mala Project, Fong On, Po Wing Hong, Philippine Bread House, and 46 Mott, among many others. Kimbap Lab, which offers a contemporary take on kimbap, seasoned rice rolled in dried seaweed and filled with all kinds of delicious Korean marinated proteins and vegetables. Kimbap Lab started at Whole Foods in Williamsburg, Brooklyn as a healthy, gluten-free fast casual concept bringing a modern take on Korean flavors.

Tea and Milk, an Astoria-based bubble tea shop that uses high quality local and worldwide ingredients to brew each cup of tea. Constructing their teas is about brewing unique flavors, redefining from traditional taste and finding texture within the ingredients. Tea and Milk’s mission is to nurture every community they’re in by providing love, happiness, and knowledge one cup at a time.

Maxi’s Noodles, a wildly popular Hong Kong-style eatery specializing in enormous wontons, duck egg noodles, homemade broth, and more. In addition to the Little Eats 小吃 booth in Pearl River Mart Foods, Maxi's has two locations in Flushing, Queens and one in Chinatown, Manhattan. Voted Best Chinese Restaurant by Yelp in 2024.
