JB PRince

Since 1977, JB Prince has been where serious cooks find tools that exist nowhere else. Founded in a Brooklyn brownstone and still independently owned, we search the globe for the knives, cookware, and equipment that professional chefs demand. Now open to the public at Chelsea Market. New York born and globally unique.
