Bar Suzette was created in 2009 by friends, Peter Ton- dreau & Troi Lughod, who were searching for a way to showcase their love of global flavors. They first opened Bar Suzette as a month-long pop-up in Flatiron and followed up with another month-long pop-up in Union Square. After many repeat customers voiced their appreciation, they decided that they would continue to fill their delectable crêpes with creative fillings at a more permanent location. When the opportunity to open a location at the Chel- sea Market arrived, they knew it was their chance to be amongst the best food establishments and specialty vendors in the city, so they jumped right in. Now they can be found 7 days a week at Chelsea Market, and have continued to evolve their menu to include cuisines from South America, Asia, North Africa and the Mediterranean.
